All credit card authorization forms must be completed with verification documents unless you have received an override code from your Travel Consultant. Chubit Travel has partnered with Uplift to offer flexible payment options that fit within your budget. Chubit Travel does not service or maintain the loan and does not control the loan and/or repayment options. Chubit Travel is solely responsible for sending a text message to check your rate and pre-approval request for the loan amount to your vacation. If you accept a loan, your credit score may be affected. All loans are managed and serviced by Uplift.

After completion of this form, your Travel Consultant will process the information with Uplift and Uplift will send you a SMS (text message) with a link directly to the application. Uplift will perform a “soft” credit check to verify your financial eligibility and identity. You will get an instant decision with no impact on your credit score. From there, you can make your first payment at booking and pay off your vacation with 11, 18 or 24 monthly payments*, even AFTER travel.

Uplift is a loan and it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure they have read all the terms and conditions of the Uplift policy if they choose to accept the Uplift offer.
